e-PayDay® Business Edition™ produces Pay Slips in PDF format that can be easily emailed to your Employees with our new integrated emailing software. 

Superannuation payments can be now be transferred electronically through your own preferred clearing house using the produced swimEC file format. 

Pays can also be transferred electronically using the enhanced FAST-Bank™ feature that works with any Financial Institution that is a member of the Australian Bankers Association (ABA).

Payment summaries and Employee Declarations can be easily sent directly within e-PayDay® Business Edition™ to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) using their Electronic Commerce Interface (ECI) software.

Why be a beta tester?
People who volunteer to beta test e-PayDay® products are typically curious to see what the new product can do. They get satisfaction from finding things we need to fix, suggestions for new or enhanced features - helping us get our products ready to use.

What is the e-PayDay® Business Edition™ Beta?
The e-PayDay® Business Edition™ Beta is a pre-release version of e-PayDay® Business Edition™, one of our new payroll products.

As we have previously stated above, Beta software is for testing so if you like testing software, we hope you'll try it out.

By installing the e-PayDay® Business Edition™ Beta on your PC, you help our programmers find and fix bugs in the code before we release the final version. Because of the enormous task involved in developing new software, we would like and need your help to perfect it.

What’s in the e-PayDay® Business Edition™ Beta?
The Beta is the full-featured edition, similar to e-PayDay®. Please keep in mind, the e-PayDay® Business Edition™ you eventually purchase may have some different features than what you find in the Beta.

Who can download the e-PayDay® Business Edition™ Beta?
The Beta is free and available to any person who downloads it. However, because we are NOT providing technical support for the Beta, we strongly recommend that only experienced payroll users sign up.

How experienced? At minimum, you should have an advanced understanding of payroll principles, be able to backup your data files and already be an experienced Windows user. You should also be comfortable troubleshooting problems on your own.

Are there risks to installing the Beta?
While the e-PayDay® Business Edition™ is stable and has been tested (albeit not thoroughly), it’s not the finished product. So please don’t test the e-PayDay® Business Edition™ Beta as your primary payroll.

Where possible, parallel testing is by far the safest method of testing. What we are saying is test the e-PayDay® Business Edition™ Beta alongside your current payroll system and check the results with your existing payroll.

Again, the beta could crash and you could lose important data. So please don’t test the e-PayDay® Business Edition™ Beta as your primary payroll.

Is the e-PayDay® Business Edition™ an upgrade to e-PayDay®?
No! It is a completely new product. Existing registered users of our e-PayDay® product will be offered a discount off the e-PayDay® Business Edition™ when it is commercial released. To be entitled to a discount you must be using the latest version of e-PayDay®.

Will I be able to convert my existing data from e-PayDay® to e-PayDay® Business Edition™?
Yes! A separate utility will be offered for download from our web site to enable you to convert your data from e-PayDay®. This data conversion utility will only work with the latest version of e-PayDay® and will be made freely available to those users.

Will the e-PayDay® Business Edition™ released as FREEPAY®?
Yes! There will be a FREEPAY® version of the e-PayDay® Business Edition™ which will allow free use for up to 5 employees.

Will I hear back from e-PayDay Pty Ltd about my problem or suggestion?
Maybe!  Hundreds of people typically sign up to test each new e-PayDay® beta release; which can make it difficult for our programmers to contact everybody directly.  In some cases where the development team deem it beneficial or necessary you may be contacted directly by one of the team.

How long can I use the Beta?
The e-PayDay® Business Edition™ Beta will stop working on August 1, 2009. Your feedback and our continued progress will determine when the final version of e-PayDay® Business Edition™ becomes available.

Will I get a free copy of e-PayDay® Business Edition™ once it's released for volunteering to test the Beta?
Sorry, no but you will be able to use the e-PayDay® Business Edition™ FREEPAY® for free when released.
